Chief Tunji Durosinmi-Etti,
B. Sc (Hons), M. Sc, FCA – Chairman/CEO
He is the Chairman/CEO of the company. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), has a B.Sc Political Science from Nigeria’s premier university, University of Ibadan and M.Sc Banking and International Finance from the City University Business School, London.
He has about 40 years work experience covering diverse areas such as Finance, Management Consultancy, Accounting, Banking, and Oil & Gas. He is an entrepreneur of high repute and integrity.
In addition to heading the Swift Oil board, he is also a director in other local and Multi National Corporations (MNC)
Kolawole is a lawyer per excellence with 30 years local and international legal experience specializing in Oil & Gas and Maritime sectors.
In addition to being the Company Secretary at Swift Oil, Kolawole also serves many blue chip companies bringing this diversity to Swift’s global outlook. He has an LLB from the University of Wales, Cardiff and was called to the bar in 1983.
MSc, ACA – Director
In addition to being a Chartered Accountant, Dapo holds a Masters Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with Japanese from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
His experience covers International Audit & Business Advisory with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and the Bank of America Merrily Lynch, both leading institutions in the United Kingdom.

Kofoworola has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Politics from the University of Sheffield and a Masters in Development & Planning from University College London, both in the United Kingdom.
Kofoworola is an Associate Chartered Management Accountant. She has strong leadership and managerial experience garnered through her experience working as a Finance Analyst with the United Kingdom office of the world leading computer organization, Cisco Systems and as a Business Planning and Analysis analyst (BP & A Analyst) with Citibank London, a global financial institution.
Kofoworola adds value to Swift Oil through her global networks.
Group Managing Director
Stilian has over 35 years experience ranging from the airline industry, commodity trading to Oil & Gas. He is currently the Group Managing Director and oversees the overall activities of the companies, consisting Swift Oil Group. He studied Mathematics in Sofia University and International Trade at the Higher Institute for Economics in Sofia, Bulgaria.
His expertise in the Oil and Gas industry includes sourcing for products, vessels, effective operations, both downstream and upstream, securing financing for the group, etc.

Group Internal Auditor
Chris Ogala is a Chartered Accountant with over 14 years of experiences in Internal Audit, Internal Control, Risk and compliance, Finance, Accounts and Procurement mostly within the oil & gas industry. Before joining Swiftoil, Chris spent 10 years with Obijackson Group of companies where he garner variety of industrial experiences by working extensively with every member of the group which includes Nestoil limited (pipelines and EPC solutions), Neconde Energy Limited (Exploration and Production), Energyworks Technology (Fabrication of pressure vessels and floating barges), B & Q Dredging Limited (Dredging), Hammakopp Consortium (Civil Construction) White Dove Shipping Company Limited (Shipping and Marine Services), Shipside Drydock Limited (dry-docking and ship repairs), Impac Engineering Limited (engineering design, operation and Maintenance) etc where he held several strategic managerial roles and also Chaired strategic fact-finding committees and headed many crucial investigations, some leading to major recoveries of company’s valuables. While in the group, Chris has developed and implemented value-adding initiatives that has saved the group over N500 million in less than three years.
Before joining Obijackson Group, Chris has put in years of Audit and consultancy services in OR&C Consulting-an Audit Firm based in Lagos. He represented OR&C Consulting in Nestoil Limited as the Implementation Consultant supervising the company-wide system implementation contract between the firm and the company. During this period, Chris supervised implementation of strategic management policies, processes and procedures which was later extended to each of the group member companies. His other roles in the assignment include Implementation of single procurement processes and procedure for all group members with full oversight function when he pre-qualified vendors and introduced price verification to ensure value for money and reduce cost of business operation and increase profit without compromising on quality. Chris also carried out General business risk assessment and advisory, Implementation of Accounting policy and system, Implementation of Assets management process, fixed assets verification, registration and data management. Other roles include Warehouse management system, Budget implementation, Human Resources and personnel management practices. He was absorbed by Nestoil on formal request after the consultancy period.
Chris is a great advocate of integrity in business place. He believes in continual improvement as he always look out for new ways of getting things done more efficiently and effectively and has always advised colleagues and subordinates to imbibe the culture of treating company’s business as their own

Chris is the group Head of Internal Audit
Solomon has an Advanced Management Certificate from the Federal College of Education, Akoka, Lagos. He is a highly qualified professional with over 30 years’ work experience in depot and safety operations.
He has incisive knowledge depot operations. He possesses excellent team management skills, good leadership qualities, organizational capabilities and great interpersonal skills.
Adeola acts as the company’s liaison between her, government officials and government agencies. A graduate of Lagos state University in Chemical and Polymer Engineering with over 6 years of built up valuable experience in the Oil, gas and construction industry which include diverse exposure to HSE, engineering operations and management, he sources, manages and controls the receipt of products from suppliers and subsequent delivery. He adds valuable contribution effectively to the scientific research, development of quality control and strategic planning
Mohammed is an Electrical and Electronics Engineer with over ten years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry. His expertise cuts across Tank Farm Construction, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling of Tank Farm Facilities, Retail Outlet Construction and Maintenance, Facility Power Audit, Power Plant Management and other maintenance activities. He is currently the Maintenance Manager who oversees maintenance activities across Swift Oil group.
Usman graduated as Electrical and Electronic Engineer from Kaduna polytechnic, Nigeria. He has a Postgraduate Diploma in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Lagos State University and has completed an MBA program with the National Open University of Nigeria.
His leadership style and planning has enabled him deliver maintenance functions and projects timely and within budget which has in turn enhanced the Company’s efficiency for customer product delivery over the years.
Head, Finance & Administration
Lukman is a graduate of Business Administration from University of Lagos, and a Chartered Accountant. With over 5 years’ experience in the Financial Accounting field, his experience covers audit and financial reporting.
As Financial Accountant at Swift, he displays a keen eye for detail and is an asset to the organization He is a certified member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
